Passengers are requested to book their ride at least 6 to 12 hours before the required pickup time to ensure availability and smooth service.

To confirm any booking, customers may be required to pay a partial advance payment or make an online transfer before the ride.

If a passenger requests an urgent ride booking (short notice booking), an additional 50 SAR extra charge will apply.

Drivers may wait up to 15–20 minutes at the pickup point. Extra waiting time may result in additional charges.

Umrah Ride will try to adjust pickup timings according to flight delays if updated in advance.

Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings during the journey.

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers and maintain a safe environment during travel.

Smoking, illegal substances, or unlawful activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited
